Biography

Sarah is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australia Psychological Society (MAPS).

Sarah has extensive experience providing psychological support and intervention to people of all ages, with a strong passion for working with adolescents and young adults (ages 12+).

She provides treatment for depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, difficulties with emotion regulation, stress and burn out, trauma, grief and loss, sleep, disordered eating, dieting, problematic exercise, body image concerns, and eating disorders.

Sarah advocates that the strongest therapeutic relationships are ones that are developed respectfully, transparently, and collaboratively. Her therapeutic style is warm, genuine, and person-centred. She draws on a range of evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches.
