Laverty Pathology is now conveniently located upstairs at Criniti Medical Practice.
A wide range of tests are performed by the pathology collector Monday to Friday 8:00 am-2:00 pm – no appointment is necessary.
Blood tests, urine tests, swabs, ECGs and other more specialised tests can be performed here.
**PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE CHANGED PATHOLOGY COMPANIES AND 4CYTE PATHOLOGY IS NO LONGER LOCATED IN OUR PRACTICE**
No appointment is necessary, unless you are doing a specialised test like Glucose Tolerance Test.
Most standard tests will be funded under Medicare.
Certain tests (e.g. NIPT pregnancy screening) will incur a fee. You will be advised of any fees before going ahead with the test.
Your doctor will advise you ahead of time if you need to prepare for a test:
